He specializes in insured and subsidized multifamily housing, and is recognized nationally as a lecturer on HUD audit related topics.  Stew is the sponsor and chief lecturer of the Multifamily Audit Workshops, which is a nationwide seminar program designed to comply with General Accounting Office  guidelines on continuing education for CPAs.

Neil has over twenty years of experience in directing and completing numerous affordable housing audits.  His experience includes planning, performing and supervising audit field work, reviewing financial statements and ensuring reporting that is in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other regulatory agreements.
