ABOUT THE 2011 SEMINARS Our Twenty-Fifth Year of Training HUD Auditors
Earn up to 16 hous of CPE! The first day of the seminar will include late breaking revisions to audit requirements by REAC; HUD OIG; HUD Multifamily Housing; OMB and GAO. Also, these seminars will cover HUD requirements that all auditees be in full compliance with electronic filing. Seminar participants will receive 8 (eight) CPE credits for attending the complete seminar. The second day (offered in Baltimore, Chicago, Portland, Boston, Greensboro and New York) covers the practical audit implications in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) multifamily properties. This day covers reviewing and updating program compliance regulations including minimum set-asides, applicable fractions and mixed use financing. Seminar participants will receive 8 (eight) CPE credits for attending the complete seminar.
