ABOUT THE 2008 SEMINARS
Our Twenty-First Year of Training HUD Auditors

This year’s one-day seminars will include late breaking revisions to audit requirements by REAC; HUD OIG; HUD Multifamily Housing; OMB and GAO. Also, these seminars will cover HUD requirements that all auditees be in full compliance with electronic filing. Seminar participants will receive 8 (eight) CPE credits for attending the complete seminar. 


Grubman Anand, P.C., CPAs is pleased to announce the 2008 series of one-day seminars on audit and financial management requirements for HUD subsidized or insured multifamily properties.

Since 1987, Grubman Anand, P.C., with assistance from Quadel, has trained more than 5000 individuals in auditing requirements of HUD assisted housing. Together, these firms offer participants a combination of proven training abilities, expertise in HUD technical requirements and practical experience in the field of subsidized multifamily housing which is unmatched by any other organization conducting such seminars.


The Sponsors

Grubman Anand, P.C., conducts and monitors audits of approximately 100 government insured or subsidized multifamily properties each year. Stewart Grubman, principal, specializes in insured and subsidized multifamily housing. Under contract to HUD he has provided financial statement analysis training to new HUD Asset Management personnel. Stew was primary developer of the HUD Master Audit Guide, a computer software reference.
